CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for anyone who no-shows or any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. I charge a 50% cancellation fee for anyone who reschedules any appointment within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. I charge 15% of appointment if scheduled outside my working hours. Reschedule of appointment may be required if more than 10 minutes late to scheduled appointment (unless discussed otherwise)
